1. Educational purpose

Universal Culture and The Abandoned Zoo provide educational and reflective material. They are not crisis services, medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or substitutes for qualified professional care.

2. My Zoo accounts

You may create a My Zoo account to keep eligible Zoo activity in one place. Keep your sign-in information private, use accurate account information, and do not access another person’s account. Universal Culture may restrict or disable accounts used for abuse, unauthorized access, impersonation, harassment, fraud, or interference with the website.

3. First Gate

First Gate is a structured self-observation experience. Results describe a current map and are not a diagnosis, permanent identity, moral verdict, or proof about another person. If you use First Gate while signed in, a result summary and field-confirmation status may be added to your account history. Individual question answers are not intended to become a permanent customer record.

4. Contact, Guided Study and Community

You may use the Zoo forms to send support questions or request information about Guided Study and Community opportunities. Program-interest requests do not by themselves guarantee enrollment, membership, a reservation, acceptance, or a specific opening date.

5. Books and purchases

Book purchases use the checkout provider linked from the Books & Tools page. Prices, delivery, refunds, downloads, and other transaction details are governed by the information presented at checkout and any applicable store terms. Purchase records may appear in My Zoo after they are linked or synchronized to your account.

6. Back-office access

The Zoo back office is for authorized Universal Culture staff. Customer accounts may not attempt to bypass access controls, view another customer’s records, or use staff-only endpoints or tools.

7. Acceptable conduct

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, pressure another person to disclose private history, assign animal identities to control or shame someone, claim clinical authority you do not have, or use the framework to exploit others.

8. Intellectual property

Site text, frameworks, graphics, product names, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Universal Culture 72 unless stated otherwise. Personal use does not grant permission to reproduce, sell, publish, teach, or create derivative commercial materials.
