1. What this covers

This policy covers Universal Culture 72 public webpages and The Abandoned Zoo website, including My Zoo accounts, First Gate account history, Contact, Guided Study and Community forms, and the staff back office. UCIT operates separately and may use its own forms and privacy notices on UCIT.tech.

2. My Zoo accounts

If you create a My Zoo account, we use the name and email you provide to create the account, help you sign in, and connect eligible Zoo activity to your profile. Authentication is handled through our account-service provider. Passwords are not stored in the public website code or the Zoo back office.

3. First Gate research records

You can use First Gate with or without a My Zoo account. In-progress answers remain in the browser session while you move through the experience. When you complete First Gate and accept the data-use notice, Universal Culture stores the completed 36-response set, instrument/version information, scoring and result summary, completion time, and any field-confirmation responses or optional notes you submit. Signed-in records are linked to the account. Guest records can be stored without a My Zoo account association. My Zoo shows the customer-facing result summary, while authorized staff can review the full record in the research/back-office workspace.

First Gate is an educational self-observation framework. Stored responses are used for research, validation, quality review, and improvement of the A.T.S. framework and are not presented as a medical or psychological diagnosis.

4. Contact and program requests

When you submit the Zoo contact form, Guided Study form, or Community form, the information you enter is stored in the Zoo back office so the team can review and respond. If you are signed in, the request may also appear in My Zoo. Please do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, medical records, legal files, or detailed private assessment content.

5. Books and purchases

Book checkout is handled by the linked store provider. The provider receives the information needed to process your transaction under its own privacy terms. My Zoo can display purchase records only when a transaction has been linked or synchronized to your account. Universal Culture does not ask you to enter payment-card information into the Zoo back office.

6. Website activity and marketing attribution

Universal Culture 72 and The Abandoned Zoo use first-party site activity records to understand whether marketing reaches the website and what visitors do after arriving. Records can include the page visited, date and time, anonymous visitor and browser-session identifiers, referral host, UTM campaign tags, advertising click identifiers when supplied in the landing URL, broad device/browser/operating-system information, and approximate city/region/country supplied by our hosting platform. When a visitor is signed in to My Zoo, activity from that signed-in session may be linked to the account so authorized staff can understand the customer journey.

The site activity collector does not store payment-card numbers, form message contents, raw First Gate answers, or a raw IP address in the marketing activity table. First Gate research responses are stored separately as described above. Internal staff activity is marked so it can be excluded from public/customer marketing totals. Browser Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control, and the site opt-out control are honored for marketing analytics. When one of those signals is active, opted-out browser traffic does not receive marketing visitor/session identifiers and is not written to the marketing activity feed. Separately classified bot or scanner requests may still be retained as minimum security evidence without becoming marketing visitors.

7. Staff access, research review and security

Back-office access is limited to authorized Universal Culture staff accounts. Authorized staff may review customer profiles, contact and program requests, full First Gate research records, field-confirmation records, and available purchase records for research, validation, support, and operations. Regular customer accounts cannot open staff tools. Internal staff tests are marked separately so they can be excluded from customer-facing analytics.
